Shipping policy

Preorder Orders

All items in our store are sold as preorders, and each item has its own estimated fulfillment date (ETA). The ETA for each item is listed on its product page at the time of purchase. Your order will be fulfilled according to the ETA shown for the item(s) you purchase. If your order includes multiple items with different ETAs, we will contact you about fulfillment arrangements, or you may prefer to place separate orders for items with different timelines.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email, and your order will be queued for fulfillment per the ETA shown on each product page.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Moore, OK. If you select local pickup at checkout, we will contact you with pickup details once your preorder is ready. No shipping charge applies to pickup orders.

Shipping Charges

Optional shipping is available at a flat rate of $8.00. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after your order ships.
